1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1  These Terms govern all access to and use of the lol64 platform, including but not limited to the lol64.cam website, all games, betting markets, promotions, mobile access, payment systems, and customer support services offered by lol64.

1.2  lol64 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and via a prominent notice on lol64.cam. Continued use of lol64 services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3  These Terms should be read in conjunction with lol64's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.4  Nothing in these Terms shall affect any rights that Players have under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws and PAGCOR regulations, which cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.2  Geographic Restriction. lol64 services are available only to individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play. Players accessing lol64 from outside the Philippines do so in violation of these Terms and may have their accounts suspended.

2.3  One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) lol64 account at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. lol64 employs automated and manual processes to detect duplicate account registrations.

2.4  Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your lol64 account. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

2.5  Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to hold a lol64 account: (a) persons who have been self-excluded from lol64 or from any national PAGCOR self-exclusion registry; (b) employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of lol64 and its affiliated entities; (c) individuals identified on PAGCOR's Persons Prohibited from Gambling list.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1  Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lol64 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. lol64 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.2  Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify lol64 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of account security. lol64 support is available 24/7 via live chat on lol64.cam.

3.3  Account Security Features. lol64 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional but strongly recommended security feature. Players who enable 2FA receive an additional layer of protection against unauthorized lol64 login attempts.

3.4  KYC Verification. lol64 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: (a) at initial registration; (b) prior to processing withdrawal requests; (c) when account activity triggers anti-money laundering (AML) review thresholds; (d) at random as part of ongoing regulatory compliance. 3.5  Account Dormancy. Dormancy fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). lol64 does not impose a maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though individual payment channels may impose their own transaction limits.

4.3  Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are credited to your lol64 wallet upon confirmation of cleared funds, which may take up to one (1) banking business day. lol64 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking institutions.

4.4  Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the verified lol64 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. lol64 reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal request.

4.5  Withdrawal Processing Times. lol64 targets withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional compliance review is required. lol64 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.6  Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on lol64 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). lol64 does not accept foreign currency deposits.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1  General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by lol64 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. These specific terms supplement and, where they conflict, take precedence over this general section.

5.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details.

5.3  Bonus Validity Period. All bonuses carry a validity period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements after the validity period expires will be forfeited automatically.

5.4  One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible player once only. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times using the same or different lol64 accounts, payment methods, or household connections constitute bonus abuse and may result in account termination and forfeiture.

5.5  lol64's Rights Regarding Promotions. lol64 reserves the right to: (a) modify the terms of any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice; (b) withdraw a promotion entirely with reasonable notice; (c) disqualify any player from a promotion where lol64 reasonably determines that the player has violated these Terms or the specific promotion terms; (d) void any winnings derived from exploitation of a software error, promotion misconfiguration, or fraudulent activity.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1  Game Rules. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail with respect to that game.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.2  lol64 reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, to withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and to report relevant conduct to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1  All content on lol64.cam — including but not limited to the lol64 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, promotional materials, and platform architecture — is the intellectual property of lol64 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

8.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use lol64 services for your personal entertainment only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any lol64 intellectual property without express prior written consent from lol64.

8.3  Third-party game content available on lol64 — including game titles, graphics, and mechanics — remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and providers and are licensed to lol64 for distribution on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lol64 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of lol64 services, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if lol64 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.2  lol64's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of lol64 services shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your lol64 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3  lol64 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. lol64 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee these outcomes in all circumstances, including during scheduled maintenance, unforeseeable technical failures, or force majeure events.

9.4  Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits lol64's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by lol64's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by lol64; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data

10.2  By registering a lol64 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing for KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of lol64 services.

10.3  lol64 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and processes player data in accordance with PAGCOR licensing data handling requirements.

11. Responsible Gaming

Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance — net of any outstanding wagering requirements — will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

12.2  Termination or Suspension by lol64. lol64 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where lol64 reasonably determines that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred; (c) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or compliance risk; or (d) PAGCOR or a Philippine government authority has directed the action.

12.3  Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, your right to access lol64 services ceases immediately. Any bonus funds, promotional credits, or winnings subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements at the time of termination due to rule violation are forfeited. Verified account balances will be returned in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1  lol64 may amend these Terms at any time. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required by law) may take effect immediately. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1  Governing Law. These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

14.2  PAGCOR Dispute Process. lol64 operates under a valid PAGCOR license. Players with unresolved disputes regarding platform fairness, bonus administration, or regulatory compliance may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures. lol64 fully cooperates with all PAGCOR investigations and directives.

14.3  Jurisdiction. Subject to the PAGCOR dispute resolution process, any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
